Passim IT is one person: me. I specified these machines, I rack them, I patch them, I built the ZFS pool, I arranged the fibre and registered the IP space. When you open a ticket, I am the one who reads it. There is no tier one and there is no script.

Every gigabyte of RAM you pay for is reserved for you and only you, because I do not need forty customers per core to make this work. I need it to work.

If you do not know what a tick is, or why your TPS is dropping, ask. That is the job. Nobody starts out knowing this, and I would rather answer the question than have you guess and lose a world over it.

Support runs 07:00 to 00:00 CET, and I mean those hours literally. No outsourced night shift reading a script. Message at 3am and a real engineer reads it at 7. Hosts with two staff routinely advertise "24/7 expert support", and it is the single fastest way to earn a review that starts "nobody answered for three days".

The customer base today is small. That is stated rather than hidden because it is directly relevant to what you are buying: at this size the hardware is genuinely uncontended and the support is genuinely personal. It also means the business is priced to survive rather than to win a race to the bottom, which is the honest reason the numbers on thepricing pageare what they are.

Not sure hosting your own server is even for you yet? Message before you buy. No sales pitch, just answers - including "no, you do not need this" if that is the answer.

What is deliberately not the focus any more: IT consultancy, hardware and 3D printing. They exist, they pay for themselves, and they are not what this company is for. This company hosts game servers.
