Minecraft hosting questions

Can I move an existing world in?
Yes, over SFTP. Stop the server, upload your world directory, upload your plugins or mods, start it again. There is no proprietary import step because there is no proprietary wrapper: it is a standard server directory underneath.
Which mod and plugin loaders can I run?
Fabric, Folia, Forge, NeoForge, Paper, Purpur, Quilt, Sponge, Vanilla. You can also upload your own server jar and run that instead; full file access means we are not the gatekeeper on what you install.
Why does "no overselling" actually matter?
Most budget hosts sell the same core and the same gigabyte to thirty or fifty customers at once, on the assumption that not everyone will be busy simultaneously. They still call it "guaranteed". It works right up until 21:00 on a Friday, when everyone's players log in at the same time and your TPS falls through the floor for reasons you cannot see or fix. We do the literal opposite: what you buy is committed to you in the panel and counted against the node's total, and when the node is full we stop selling. That is why there is a live figure on the home page showing how much of it is reserved.
Is the RAM on my plan shared with anyone?
No. RAM is reserved at a 1:1 ratio, so the figure on the plan is the figure your JVM gets. That is the whole reason this hardware holds fewer customers than it could.
What DDoS protection is there, exactly?
None at the application layer today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. You get whatever filtering the carrier provides upstream. If a proxy layer goes live this page changes the same day.
Can I get my files back if I leave?
Yes, over SFTP, at any point while the service is active. Download the world, take it elsewhere. There is no export fee and no ticket required.
Who answers a ticket at midnight?
Nobody. Support is one person, 07:00 to 00:00 CET. Inside that window you usually get an answer within the hour from the person who built the node. Outside it, you wait until morning.
