Acceptable Use Policy

In effect from .

Last updated: 04/08/2026.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

This exists for one reason: our network reaches you through a business internet connection and routed IP space provided by third parties. If a customer abuses it, we lose those services, and every other customer loses their server. So this policy is short and we enforce it.

1. Absolutely prohibited

Using our services for any of the following will result in immediate suspension without notice and without refund:

Attacking others. Denial-of-service attacks, booters, stressers, hosting attack tooling or infrastructure, port scanning, or exploiting other systems.
Botnets and malware. Command and control, malware distribution or hosting, phishing pages, credential harvesting.
Open proxies, VPN exit nodes and Tor exit nodes. These are prohibited because they attract abuse complaints that jeopardise our upstream connectivity.
Reselling connectivity. You may not resell, share or tunnel our network capacity to third parties.
Bulk unsolicited email. Spam of any kind, including through a third-party relay.
Cryptocurrency mining. In any form, including in game server processes.
Content that is illegal under Dutch law. In particular child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities immediately and without warning.
Copyright infringement at scale. Warez, unlicensed media distribution, cracked software hosting.
Circumventing resource limits, interfering with other customers, or attempting to access other customers' data or our own systems.
Not allowed without asking us first
Sending transactional or marketing email from our IP space.
Sustained bandwidth use materially above what your service is sized for. Our uplink is 1Gbit and it is shared. If your service will consistently use a large share of it, talk to us before you start.
Public-facing file distribution, download mirrors, or media streaming services.
Anything that will attract deliberate attacks toward our network, including attack-adjacent communities.
Reporting abuse

Email [email protected] with logs, timestamps in CET/CEST, and IP addresses. We respond within 24 hours.

2. How we enforce

Depending on severity we may: contact you and ask you to fix it, throttle the service, suspend it, or terminate it. For anything in the "absolutely prohibited" list we suspend first and discuss afterwards.

Where the abuse causes us loss, including upstream penalties, mitigation costs or the loss of a supplier relationship, we may recover those costs from you.
